General Cleaning involves the full range of appearance cleaning tasks: bathrooms and kitchens scrubbed, mopped and cleaned thoroughly; desk and cubicle dusting & wiping; trash and recycling disposal, vacuuming of carpets and upholstered chairs, dusting of wood furnishings; mopping and all other tasks involved in commercial housekeeping.
We take special care in cleaning all sterile work stations and work settings following the CDC recommendations for universal precautions in working with blood-borne pathogens and the disposal of biohazardous waste. We provide an exposure control plan to eliminate or minimize exposure to our employees.
We provide our clients with the best carpet care and services available. We can offer our clients a comprehensive carpet care program which includes hot water extraction, bonnet cleaning, rotary scrubbing, pile lifting, and spot removal. We also clean upholstery.
We use state- of-the-art floor care products for our exceptional stripping and refinishing work. We offer regular polishing services with the ultimate in protection, gloss and appearance for a longer lasting shine and greater durability. Whether it’s daily, weekly or monthly polishing, we will carry out a regular polishing schedule to keep your floors glistening and reduce the need for more frequent and costly refinishing work. We offer very reasonable window cleaning services. As with all our services, you will never have to remind us when it is time to do any extras. We always do the extra jobs on schedule, on time, and at your convenience. We offer pressure washing for the exterior of buildings and walkways. For your convenience, we can supply you with any janitorial products your company may need, including paper towels, toilet tissue, deodorizing sprays and trash can liners can be included with your commercial cleaning. This leaves you with the peace of mind that your site will be appropriately stocked with these items for use by guests and employees. there is no need to be embarrassed or inconvenienced by not having necessary supplies stocked. Our rates are competitive for these items, and there is no delivery charge to you as a client. We provide a variety of extra services in addition to janitorial services.
