Sustainable Cleaning Services, Inc. (SCS, Inc.)  is a full-service commercial, green facilities maintenance cleaning Company.  We integrate innovative green cleaning techniques using certified green cleaning solutions with our stringent quality control program, while promoting and assisting our clients to become sustainable companies.

In years past, companies widely ignored the use of green services and products because it usually meant expensive products and services with inferior results.  That is no longer the case.  Cleaning suppliers now use high quality ‘green’ active ingredients producing a superior product, and new innovative cleaning techniques have also been adopted which are able to compete with chemical-based products, offering them at competitive rates.

We at SCS, Inc. believe it is our singular focus in providing green services that differentiates us from the rest.  After becoming aware of the effects chemical-based products have on our health and the environment, SCS, Inc. made the responsible decision to exclusively provide these services for the betterment of our clients’ work environment and the safety of our employees.

SCS, Inc. also took an in-depth look at the reason for high turnover rates in our industry. We found the answer in one word: CONSISTENCY.  We found most companies were frustrated and disappointed working with a facilities maintenance company, which start out producing high-quality cleaning services only to have the quality of service disintegrate to the point of unacceptable service over a short period of time. 

SCS, Inc. has incorporated a Quality Control program that includes:

·        regular nighttime crew inspections;

·        quarterly client check-in calls and feedback;

·        quality rating questionnaires from our clients;

·        daytime personal visits to our clients to ensure the client’s satisfaction with our cleaning crew and the quality of our work.
